In one of its pat-itself-because-its-totally-awesome posts from the Official Google Enterprise Blog, the authors featured Eric Hunter, Director of Knowledge Strategy and Technology at Bradford & Barthel, LLP, a mid-size law firm in Southern California.
Mr. Hunter spoke about their firms switch to Google Apps and some of the benefits for law firms.
I suggest you read it. As Ive stated, Google Apps is a robust platform for managing email, contacts, calendar, documents, and a slew of other tasks without needing a PhD in computer science.
